Pilot and rollout

Define the evaluation design and success criteria

Edition: October 2026

Pilot design and success criteria

Begin with one measurable challenge: for example, reducing the time between a team-level signal and a responsible person's review. Agree on the cohort, access, observation window and evaluation criteria before rollout.

Useful pilot indicators include repeated participation, data completeness, time to review and event handling. For individuals, track repeated check-ins; for research, collection wave completion and traceability. These are suggested metrics, not proven Dzvin.co outcomes.

Pilot design

Choose an owner, sample, observation window, permissions and measurement approach. Record a baseline before starting.

A pilot should test a concrete workflow hypothesis, not just show screens.

Decision after a pilot

Compare outcomes with agreed criteria, assess the cost of rollout and decide the appropriate scope.

If evidence is incomplete, reflect that in the conclusion.

Discuss a focused Dzvin.co demonstration for your workflow.
